About this service

The Thompson Drop technique uses an adjusting table with sections that briefly lower during an adjustment. The table movement works together with the provider’s adjustment. Dr. Michael Tinkey may use this approach when it fits the findings of your evaluation.

You are positioned on the table for the area being addressed. Dr. Michael explains the table movement before treatment and checks your comfort. The approach and treatment area are selected according to your individual needs.
